The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing and sales efforts by developing content for social media, marketing campaigns, and RFP submissions. This role will also assist with direct marketing and basic CRM functions as needed.

Job Functions

· Regularly write and create content for:

o RFP Submissions

o Case Studies

o Blog articles

o Social Posts

· Design emails and landing pages for marketing campaigns (using HubSpot)

· Assist with direct marketing efforts

· Provide CRM assistance for the marketing and sales teams

Required Education and Experience

· Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field

· 1-2 years experience in a marketing role

Preferred Experience and Skills

· Great written and oral skills

· Background in creating marketing content

· Experience marketing in a B2B environment

· Knowledge working with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

· Familiar with creating emails and landing pages on a marketing platform (HubSpot Preferred)

· Comfortable using and learning new marketing tools when needed
