This position is responsible for the overall quality, productivity, safety and housekeeping on the show floor. The Field Supervisor should maintain productivity, quality and safety by ensuring all policies, procedures and work instructions are utilized and adhered to by all shop employees. This position will require extensive travel, nights and weekend work.

Job Functions:

•Read and interpret specifications and plans
•Determine project requirement for both supplies and staffing, plan accordingly
•Examine and inspect work progress, time management, and project specifications.
•Supervising, ordering and coordinating activities of labor, contractors, and deliveries.
•Analyzing work and set-up problems, review with members of the Catalyst production team.
•Quickly identify potential project delays and immediately rectify
•Strictly follow all safety guidelines to insure the safety of own self and other co-workers.


  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete common mathematical operations
  • Previous leadership experience in a construction setting.

  • Strong ability to handle deadline pressures and multiple assignments
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
  • Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must have manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
  • Will be required to regularly stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, push and pull.
  • Travel 80% of the time, nights and weekend work required

Required Education:

•5+ years exhibit building experience required
