Our team designs custom HIMSS trade show booths by:
Designing LED video walls, dynamic lighting, and custom vignette displays that hold their own next to the largest booths on the HIMSS floor.
Building modular, scalable components so this year's HIMSS investment carries forward into next year's show and any other event on your calendar.
Managing rental and custom fabrication, on-site installation, and McCormick Place's dock and labor requirements, so your team walks into a finished booth, not a build in progress.
We start with what you need the booth to do for your business at HIMSS, then design backward from that.
Complex logistics make or break booths at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
McCormick Place is the largest convention center in North America, with four connected buildings and exhibitor logistics that reward a team who has done this before. Chicago's union jurisdiction governs most install and dismantle labor at McCormick Place, which means the exhibitors who avoid surprises are the ones whose exhibit house already knows the rules, the vendors, and the timeline.
